Almaza’s Cervo Makes Breakfast Great Again

Do breakfast right with new Italian eatery Cervo.

Often heralded as the most important meal of the day, breakfast is a sacred meal we foodies are enamored with. Take Egyptian cuisine, for example, our most popular dishes like falafel and shakshouka are originally breakfast foods, yet they’ve been popularised around the world. Has bamia accomplished the same? We think not. Giving breakfast its well-earned spotlight is Italian eatery Cervo.

Named after a small town in the suburbs of Italy, famous for its wild red deer, the breakfast spot features endless Eggs Benedict options, smoothie bowls, omelettes, and various mixed platters. Our fav part though, is their fresh bakery. From black sesame buns to Nutella croissants, we can agree there’s no better way to start off your morning than with carbs.

While their star dishes are all breakfast-centric, we can’t fail to mention that their lunch and dinner options are also worth noting. In true Italian fashion, they dish out carpaccio, pizzas, pastas, grilled seafood, Veal Milanese, and burrata salad.   The eatery may still be a newborn in the food scene but it has already amassed a hefty number of positive reviews.

You can head to their joint and get your hands and taste buds on their b-fast selections at Almaza’s Tivoli Plaza.
