Saudi Authority Launches New Platform for Pilgrim Mobility Services
Pilgrims can now pre-book golf carts, manually operated wheelchairs, and free non-motorised wheelchairs at the Grand Mosque.

The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has introduced a new mobility services platform at the Grand Mosque in Makkah, enabling pilgrims to pre-book transportation assistance for their visit. The platform allows users to reserve golf carts, manually operated wheelchairs, and free non-motorised wheelchairs, ensuring accessibility for all visitors, including the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
The system offers a range of service options, allowing pilgrims to book mobility assistance for Tawaf, Sa’i, or the full Umrah ritual while selecting their preferred date and time.
Pilgrims can access the new service through the official website of the General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques, where priority will be given to those with special needs to enhance accessibility and ease of movement within the Grand Mosque.
