50 Million Women Treated Under Women's Health Presidential Initiative

Since its launch in July 2019, the Egyptian Women's Health Presidential Initiative has provided free-of-charge medical services to 49.886 million women, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

By accommodating 21.78 million first-time visits, 16.88 million regular visits and 11.22 million single visits, the presidential initiative has provided necessary medical care to many women across the country. There are 3663 health units stationed all over Egypt, which makes the process of getting necessary regular check-ups convenient. As many as 637,474 women have even undergone advanced examination as a part of the initiative.
