The new faculty will include several specialised departments geared towards Special Education, training teachers on how to educate students with disabilities or special needs, from visual or hearing impairments, to mental disorders or conditions, to language or speech impairments.
The new departments will be led by trained educators and specialists, with the common goal of helping people with disabilities or conditions to integrate into society as smoothly as possible.
Earlier this month, the university hired their first two visually impaired teaching assistants, who were top of their class during their academic career at BSU.
