Egypt's National U-16 Basketball Team Makes it to Women's African Championship Finals

After sending Angola packing in the ongoing Women's Africa Championship semi-finals, Egypt's National Women Juniors team secured a spot in today's finals, set to go up against the fiercely-competitive Mali in a bid to snatch the long-awaited title.

Mali has one of the continent's best performing basketball teams in the under-17 category, and it just crushed Mozambique in the semi-finals, scoring a whopping 102 points against Mozambique's 25.

The match, airing at 6:30 PM tonight, will see our girls attempting to be the first team to ever defeat Mali in the championship's finals. Can we get an AMEN?
