The Tap Gets Turned Up
Sunday will no longer be a day of rest when The Tap takes charges...

Now, this is the story all about how
Sundays got flipped-turned upside down
And we'd like to take a minute, just sit right there
We'll tell you how The Tap became an Urban affair
In West Degla, born and raised
At the bar is where I spent most of my days
Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin' all cool
And all shootin' some shots right off the stool
When a couple of guys who were up to no good
Started playin' around with their finger food
They put in one little request and the DJ got scared
He said, "Hands in the air like you jus' don' care"
You whistle for a cab and when it came near
The license plate said جديد and it had no mirror
If anything you could say it had no chair
But you thought, nah forget it, yo' home to The Tap, Maadi, Le Caire
You pulled up to the bar about seven or eight
And you yelled to the cabby, "7ud khamsa geneh"
Looked at your dance floor, they were finally there
Snoop, Biggie, Eminem and the Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
This won't be no two dolla' Hip Hop night ladies and gents. Starting next Sunday the 22nd, The Tap are going big and they're going 90's Hippedy Hop all night long with Ramy DJunkie on the decks featuring Sphinx, not to mention one bad-ass beatboxer and Zaki from Denmark who'll be spitting some mean licks. Get on it.
